SECRET PASSAGE

 
Head to the floor that has a cannon in the centre.  On the wall will be a staff-like object with spikes on the top, this is 'Henry's Walking Stick'.
 

 
Insert the candle stick into the socket on the right.
 

 
This will reveal a secret doorway.   When you go through and turn right you will find a shaft with a wooden ladder leading down.  If you go down the ladder you will fall the last few feet and arrive in a tunnel that leads to Waterloo Block and into the sewers (through a bricked up doorway).

DON'T go this way unless you've already opened up the brick wall in the sewers or you have your backpack with the limpet mine.
